绝缘线芯识别
绝缘线芯采用颜色识别和数字识别
5芯及以下电缆的绝缘线芯采用颜色标志时，其优先选用的颜色和色序如下
两芯电缆：无优先颜色
三芯电缆：绿/黄双色、浅兰色、棕色；或浅兰色、黑色、棕色
四芯电缆：绿/黄双色、浅兰色、黑色、棕色；或浅兰色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色
五芯电缆：绿/黄双色、浅兰色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色；浅兰色、黑色、棕色、黑色或棕色
用数字识别，由内层带外层从1开始按自然数序顺时针方向排列。数字标志颜色应与绝缘颜色有明显的不同，优先采用绝缘颜色为黑色，数字为白色。 -
使用特性
电缆的额定电压U0/U为450/750V
PVC绝缘电缆长期允许工作温度不超过70℃
XLPE绝缘电缆长期允许工作温度不超过90℃
安装时环境温度不宜低于0℃。
电缆安装时的最小弯曲半径：无铠装层的电缆应不小于电缆外径的6倍。有铠装或铜带屏蔽结构的电缆应不小于电缆外径的12倍。有屏蔽层结构的软电缆应不小于电缆外径的6倍。
主要性能
成品电缆应经受交流3000V，5min电压试验不击穿。
成品直流电阻应符合表3规定
绝缘线芯应能经受工频火花试验，试验值见下表绝缘标称厚度mm t≤0.5 0.5＜t≤1.0 1.0＜t≤1.5 火花试验电压KV 4 6 10 电缆结构尺寸应符合GB9330-88及Q/TEC16.01-2005规定

24芯及以下：允许以长度不小于20米的短段电缆交货,其数量应不超过交货总长的5%.
24芯以上：允许以长度不小于20米的短段电缆交货,其数量应不超过交货总长的10%.
根据双方协议,允许以任何长度的电缆交货.
包装标志及运输
成圈或成盘的电缆应卷绕整齐、妥善包装。

运输和保管
线盘不允许平放
运输中严禁从高处仍下装有电缆的电缆盘，严禁机械损失电缆。
吊装包装件时严禁几盘同时起吊。在车辆、船舶等运输工具上，电缆盘必须放稳，并用合适的方法固定，防止互撞或翻倒。
